Trying to become a Medical Assistant is one of the most flexible career choices as there are a range of courses to enrol and get trained as a Medical Assistant. The courses could be a certificate course, or a diploma or an associate degree. The duration of Medical Assistant courses varies, depending on the final outcome. For example, a certificate program might take a few weeks to complete, while a diploma takes anywhere between 6 months and one year. A degree program is usually 2 years in duration.
